AKI’s journey began in June 2004, founded by a team of forward-thinking engineering graduates from Yangon Technological University (YTU). Driven by a passion for cutting-edge electronics and electrical engineering, our core team spent years conducting advanced technological research, executing complex prototyping, and collaborating directly on postgraduate (M.E., Ph.D.) research at YTU. This intensive academic foundation gave us deep technical expertise in electronic design, precision testing, system fabrication, and performance analysis.

What started as rigorous technological research and non-profit technical initiatives soon evolved into practical, enterprise-grade engineering services. In 2007, we began providing dedicated electrical, electronic, and engineering consulting services to commercial clients.
To meet the surging demand for modernized building infrastructure and industrial-grade technologies, we formally incorporated as AKI MYANMAR Co., Ltd. in 2016.
